I am a computational relativist and theoretical astrophysicist interested in questions about fundamental physics at the intersection of strong gravity, high energy astrophysics, and particle physics. The focus of my research lies on studying compact objects in highly dynamical and extreme astrophysical environments to search for new physics beyond the Standard Model of particle physics, to understand the nature of black holes, and the underlying theory of gravity.

I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Princeton Gravity Initiative at Princeton University. I completed by doctoral studies at Perimeter Institute. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Humboldt Universität in Berlin as well as a Master’s degree in Physics from ETH Zürich.
